The brand

A little of Batumi, on every pair.

Batumi Socks is made on Georgia's Black Sea coast. The fruit, the sea and the landmarks of the city become small embroidered icons on well-made socks.

Designed and produced locally, finished on our Ali & Nino card.

The range

Five sock types, one canvas

Every pair starts from one of five knit types, in combed cotton, classic cotton or bamboo, sizes 35 to 46. Drag a sock to turn it around.

The embroidery library

An embroidery library, stitched not printed

Every preview is drawn from the real machine file in the true thread colours it runs on. Pick a design, pick a sock type, and we stitch it.

AI in the studio

From trend to stitch

We pair trend analysis with generative design to shape the next motifs, then digitize the best ones for the Barudan floor. Here is a preview of that pipeline.

Choose a direction

A scripted preview of our live design pipeline: Claude reads the trend signals, Higgsfield generates the motif, and our team digitizes the winner for Barudan.

The process

From motif to finished pair

Designed in-house and produced in our own embroidery factory on Georgia's Black Sea coast.

01

Design & digitize

Each motif is drawn in-house, then digitized into machine-embroidery data. Every satin column, fill and underlay is mapped before a single needle moves.

02

Embroider on Barudan

Stitched on Barudan multi-head machines into a combed-cotton blend of 80% cotton, 17% polyamide and 3% elastane. It is real embroidery, not a print.

Made at scale

Produced on our own embroidery floor, where rows of machines run thousands of pairs to one standard, backed by a full colour and thread library.

Quality control

Every batch is checked by hand for stitch density, placement and finish, then paired, trimmed and carded on the Batumi Socks label, or your own.

Made in Georgia, shipped worldwide

We ship from our facility on the Black Sea coast to boutiques and distributors around the world, by the pair or by the thousand.

How we work

Your own wholesale panel

Partners do not order through email threads. Once we agree on terms, you get a private online panel to design, order, and follow every batch to your door.

01

Start a conversation

Send us a request below with the designs and volumes you have in mind. We reply with pricing, lead times, and a sample plan.

02

Agree on terms

We settle your pricing tiers, minimums, and sample details together, so everything is clear before you commit.

03

Get your secure link

Within a week we send a private, one-time link to set up your company account. Only your team can reach your panel.

04

Design & approve

Send a brief for custom or revised designs. Our studio returns embroidery-ready artwork and sock mockups for you to approve, all in one place.

05

Order & track

Place orders against your pricing and follow each one through sample, production, quality control, and shipping.

Your designs, approvals, orders, and status live in one private workspace, together with your agreed pricing, instead of scattered across emails.

Wholesale

Request a wholesale quote

Tell us what you're after, catalog designs or custom private-label embroidery, and we'll come back with pricing, lead times and a sample plan within one business day.
